I'm sorry
to say but the Black Tuesday webring will be closing/deleted
after this email goes out. Some of you may be offended, but just
too many people were stealing bandwidth. The cost has gone
up monthly and the simple fact is that I can no longer afford to
pay the rising costs of the bandwidth. I had
sincerely hoped it wouldn't come to this, but unfortunately it
has. When I changed the name of the graphic, people
got very upset because they had a broken
Image.
Well,
Maybe those of you who had broken Images, would like to pay the
monthly bandwidth charges?

to ALL the honest folks out there who properly UPLOADED
the image to your own server! You all have made Black Tuesday a
success.

for your patriotism from across the globe. All the
beautiful pages have been wonderful to view.
